well, I weighed in last night, and I’m down another 2 pounds! I’m down to 206, and got in a light workout last night. So I’ve still got a good shot to hit my revised goal of 204 by the end of the month. I should be able to get a good workout in tonight, and hopefully with some careful eating I’ll be on my way!
Still shooting for under 200 by July 20!

So that’s two things good that happened today
1) Two Pounds! Awesome, keep it up.
2) The Cubs got swe . . . oh, sorry, that’s probably not a good one in your book.
