Just a thirtysomething guy who needs to recapture a healthy lifestyle from his past. Journey with me as I endeavor to lose 40 pounds! It’s a big goal, but it’s a big goal that can be broken down.
Let’s look at it another way: My goal is to lose 1 pound a week.
That’s not so hard, right? Just do that 40 times, and I’m at my goal weight! I also want to improve my blood pressure, and just be in better general health, which should all happen as I eat better and exercise more.
At age 23, I was probably a bit too skinny, but I recently found an evaluation from my gym at the time.
